Still awaiting information on Unauthorised Debits

Hi. I Regret to inform you that somewhere along the lines Nedbank has lost its customer service. Isn't a bank there to protect your money-not to allow people at random just to take off money. I understand that you cannot control what goes on in a bank account but once a complaint is raised you should be able to assist in locating these debit orders aswell as stopping them. We have been with Nedbank for many yrs. We have had unauthorised monthly debit orders coming off our account since 30/06/2011 til current. We have complained to two different people at Nedbank and both times they have told us the department will contact us, we waited a couple of months between each complaint and still nobody contacted us. We are now dealing with a lady who we phoned from the online number (and assumed we were talking to the department) only to be told our problem is once again being escalated to the department. Still no response and this was nearly 3 weeks ago. How do we stop these debit orders and get a refund. I honestly do not care what the excuse is-It really is ridiculous, and it needs to be sorted asap. They are amounting to over R7, 500 at the moment. Please, somebody assist us!
