For the past two months an unknown debit order has been going off my account when i called in the first time on standard bank general banking, the consultant said she does ot know where the debit order comes from but she was able to reverse the money which i was more than satisfied with even though she cant determine where the debit order come from but they allow people without consent just to debit our accounts. This is the second month in September where a random debit order goes off my account and once again they are not able to tell where is the debit order coming from and wants to charge me R20 to log a query at their back office which is absolutely ridiculous i think. This unknown debit order returned unpaid and i was charged a fee of R115 for something i didn't agree to but standard Bank service is ridiculous that they weren't able to assist me. The consultant named jeraldine didn't even sound like she knew what she was talking about.
