Locked Home loan account because FICA requirements had not been updated every 6 months = but the law does not require that the FICA requirements be updated every 6 months - when FICA was introduced - account was FICA'd and all was certified good- all of a sudden some bright spark at standard bank decided that FICA must be updated every 6 months.

when logged in to use account, locked and called call centre and told that we had to update FICA requirements every 6 months. Told it will take 4 days to get this unlocked.

Very poor service - no advance notifications that new docs were required and no notifications that account would be locked.
