Going on 3 weeks now, still no feedback

I did a migration from my blue credit card to gold which was approved on 24/08/2013. I was informed to take all the relevant paperwork into your Randburg Square branch which they sorted out. They sent everything off to H/O and I received an SMS informing me that the increase had been approved. Later that day I tried to use the card and it was declined, I phoned the branch and I was told it's been processed. I phoned the H/O and I was told they are still awaiting some documents from the branch. Phoned the branch again and I was told the documents have been courier'd to H/O, I was requested to re-send documents which I did.

So, on Thursday last week, I did a follow up. Only to find out that the proof of address I sent is not accepted. I had to email the lease agreement. I phoned the call centre this morning to find out whats going on and I was told the H/O still haven't received the documents. I'm really getting tired of being given the run around I need to use the money straight away.

Please can someone call me and let me know whats going on.
