Tried to log into the "new" iPhone app only to have to crash as it so often does. Managed to select an amount and enter the electricity code. FNB debited my account but to date I have not got a token. I do not need the electricity any more as I ended up resorting to going to buy electricity at a shop. Phoned premier banking only to be told they dont refund me and the best I can do is phone my electricity supplier...
"How can we help you? " Well, all you have done yet again is pass the buck!
This is not acceptable, and I will would like a refund on my "purchase" of electricity.
