Messed up my prepaid electricity

On the 2 nd of September I bought R500 electricity via Internet banking. I usually get about 550 units and 100 free units for buying between the 1st and the 7th. I didn't get any voucher number I called their call center. I was told they will give my voucher number on Monday morning and because I did buy between the dates mentioned above I will still get my free units, however once followed up I was told the money had already been paid back into my account and because of that I lost out on the free units, I bought R500 now and only got 199 units which will only last me about 2 weeks because of fnb I now missed out on my free basic electricity. Pathetic service and not a happy client. I pay more for a premium banker and their responses was sorry we are the third party and can't do anything about it.
