On 8 September 2013 I visited the Nedbank Westgate branch for document.s. The staff member that assisted me at the account queries wore a see through top with no camisole underneath. The staff member might as well be sitting in her underwear as we could clearly see her black bra with lace detail. After telling the staff member that she is dressed inappropriately she just laughed it off. This is very unprofessional and not the way clients should be addressed. Over and above the often bad service we receive from banks, the staff should at least be dressed appropriately and act professionally towards clients. I have taken a photo and will send it if requested.
