Incompetence of African bank

I applied online for a short term loan and immediately got a response that I qualified for a credit card and loan. The following day I took all the documentation to the nearest branch.
After being attended to by a rude employee from African bank named George, and after I pointed out numerous mistakes he made in the application I signed the contact, received my bank card and got told it would take 48 hours for the money to be available.
The loan got rejected because of a few signatures that was still needed. George obviously didn't check all the documentation before sending it to head office. I only found this out after 3 days when I contacted African bank head office. George didn't inform me about this. I reapplied through George again, same process again making mistakes which I pointed out to him. And he told me again that it will take 48 hours. After 2 days George phone me informing the loan was rejected not giving an explanation. I tried contacting African bank and after 3 hours on the line and 16 phone calls a person told me its because my I'd copy was unclear, and that they couldn't get in contact with my HR lady
This is the 3 application and no is willing to help! Pathetic
