This isn't quit directly aimed at Outsurance, but instead at one of their approved Towing Services in the West Rand area called Ricci's Towing Group located in Westonaria
Wednesday night at about close to 9pm we were involved in an accident on our way to JHB from Westonaria.
To our satisfaction, Janice Pieterse a consultant at Outsurance was very polite and assisted us in a very professional manner..
Jaco from Ricci's towing Group came and hooked the car, after half completing the towing form, speeding back to Westonaria, never mind the speeding limit the car was towed to his private house instead of being towed to the yard, excuse was "Didn't have access to the yard?!
We were told not to worry, they will deal with everything. Friday I phoned Outsurance to enquire about progress as this is my only means of transport. To my surprise NOTHING was reported from the TOWING COMPANY for a accessor to come out and therefore they will full of excuses.
We drove pass the company this morning and found the car standing in another private yard now, covered with dust, door open.
Is this what to expect from a sub-contractor? I find this very unprofessional Outsurance.
