Good day, I have received an SMS stating the following: "NRR sent you an sms on the 3/9 which you RECEIVED and you FAILED TO RESPOND. The Sheriff will call upon your HOME this weekend and serve the WOE. Call the Sheriff 031 371 2559 and make an arrangement with one of his CLERKS & the sheriff will be advised and CANCEL his visit to you"
I have been trying to contact the NRR since yesterday (6 September 2013) at around 16:45, in order to advise the sheriff or one of his clerks to prevent him from visiting me and to try and give my cooperation, but their offices were already closed and the voice message told me that on Saturday from 8:00 - 12:00 they are available. I have now been trying for the last 45 minutes to reach 031 371 2559 but the recording keeps on telling me that unfortunately they cant take my call right now. I have now left various voice messages at the said number I have replied to the above SMS.
Currently I have no idea what this message is about and I appeal to Nedbank Retail Recovery NRR on this day, 7 September 2013, to contact me urgently so that we can resolve this matter. Unfortunately I now have no other means to contact them but here on HP.
