Outsurance claim still incomplete after 2 months!!

OUTSURANCE claim submitted 22/6/2013 - Still Incomplete

I have NO idea what more to do from our side to get this claim resolved and completed!

We submitted our burst GEYSER claim on 22/6/2013 and have been struggling to get it completed. It has been 2 months and 2 weeks now!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable!

Numerous telephone calls and e-mails have been made but to no avail or satisfaction. Mails where sent as follows: (see attachment and mails below)

26/6; 27/6; 1/7; 11/7 (x 2); 12/8; 19/8; 27/8 (x 2); 2/9; 5/9; 6/9 - (12 mails)!!

Work still outstanding to date:

1) Geyser outlet not done correctly and to specification.
2) Ceiling not yet painted
3) Cupboard repair not done properly (damage shelf just cut shorter and refitted - new shelf should be installed)
4) Top fascia board of cupboards removed so the painters can paint. Cupboard contractor awaiting instruction to complete job but paint contractor not coming to light.

We insist that OUTSURANCE follow up and get this claim resolved. We also insist on a visit from the assessor after completion of the work and written confirmation that the work done is done to specification and satisfaction of OUTSURANCE.
