With Regards to my recent complaint it seem African Bank only takes action when you complain. I was contacted by Ruth Mmotlana who said she was going to follow up on my application and why it was cancelled.
She gave me feedback saying the credit department cancelled my application because my documents don't match my account. As soon as i got off the phone with her i called FNB and they confirmed the account i took the bank statement from has the same document submitted to African Bank. Now i want to know why was my application denied when i am using documents that where issued by home affairs. It is a valid work permit and passport after all so whats the confusion. I need my loan as you approved it from the word go i did not sign documentation for money i haven't got get your act togethe
