Extremely bad customer service from FNB

I am now convinced that FNB Housing Finance have the worse customer service. In the past two years i requested information on converting from fixed interest to inflation related and still no answer. To make matters worse i contacted the bank three weeks ago to discuss re-payment options and still no call back. instead they make arrangement for valuation to institute legal action and to foreclose.
I am now convinced it is the strategy of FNB Housing Finance not to assist clients at all. Instead they wait until you fall into arrears and then they tell you its too late to make arrangements.. A person can get a approval on a home loan in one hour, but to get to speak to someone or to get someone to call call you back to request a payment holiday is impossible. FNB's signature line "How can we help you" is the furthest from the truth. I'm just thinking how many people lost their property because of this very delaying tactics. Can someone with decision making power at FNB Housing Finance give me an answer, PLEASE.
The bank I promoted to be the best has done nothing but give me the worse customer service ever during the past two years.
