I want to thank Lolo Vilakazi for her proffessional and friendly service. From the start of our conversation she acknowledged my needs and assisted me accordingly. She knows the Products and Services that Outsurance provides very well and provided me with a Solution to my specific needs. Lolo Vilakazi is very attentive, she made me feel comfortable and didnt rush anything. The fact that Lolo Vilakizi didnt try to sell me other products i dont actually need (like most other call centres do) impressed me alot.
