About a week ago I put in a complaint about King Price's poor response and feedback. I wanted to cancel my insurance with them seeing that I didn't buy a car that I was going to. i couldn't get hold of everyone seeing that everyone "will call me back". After the complaint on hello peter I finally received feedback and I was assured that my policy will be cancled and no debit order will be going through on my account, I was also asked to please change the feedback of my hellopeter complaint that it has been sorted out... to my suprise when I checked my accounts now I saw that an amount went through of R1065.50 from kingprice... which wasnt even my premium if I took out the insurance from them... This is the poorest service I ahve ever recieved from anyone and I would not advice anyone to take out insurance from them seeing that cant even phone a person back let alone cancle a policy... I am very dissapointed in this level of service.
