Paid off account - listed on ITC

I paid off my loan account at ABSA November 2012 last year and have a paid up letter.
Trying to buy a car In September 2013. ABSA shows on ITC that im a bad payer owe them over 150 days and i cant get finance. I've called and send paid up letter to ABSA, they told me that everything is sorted, but still cant get a car the dealer say its ABSA lisitng.

i want my account cleared immedialty or if i loose this car will hold ABSA responsible and will never use ABSA or refer anyone to them.
