URGENT DOCUMENT NEEDED

My mother worked for Society for Family Health (SFH) and was retrenched in 2011. The pension fund she was a member of was transferred out of Liberty Corporate into ABSA in 2011 and ABSA processed the retrenchment payments to the members. We need the IRP5 for my mothers benefits as SARS needs it and she is being penalised R 500 for each month of non-submission

We emailed Muriel Williams the Administration Manager on 03.09.2013 and the morning of 05.09.2013 and to date we have not had a response and her line 011 846 3658 is on constant voicemail

All we are looking for is her IRP5 but it appears as if ABSA is not prepared to help us
