I have had my car insured with Virgin Money for about 4 Years. It got written off and because someone else was driving they won't pay. but they gladly took my money off me. You understand why insurance companies get the reputation of being. They misrepresented the facts by saying I was not regular driver when in actual fact I am.
I am beyond upset. These people with your life and make you pay for doing it.
