I received an advert of King Price and I called their Call Centre to enquire about their products. The operator asked me some questions which also include my banking details. I told him I will think about it before I decides to accept. The very next day I received documentation that includes a policy document. I called the call Centre and informed them that I did not accept and agreed to it. That was 21st May 2013 I called the first time. At the end of May my bank notified me of a deduction from King Price. I went to the bank to cancel the stop order and got it reversed. This continues every month after that. I came to Djibouti in August 2013 and at the end of August another deduction was made but this time my bank could not reverse the transaction and I wrote to King Price requesting them to cancel again and refund my money. They only refunded some of my money and still owns me R275 which I want them to pay back as I've requested on numerous occasions for them to cancel.
