I have a policy with miway for 6 months, in that time i have never even claimed. i agreed to pay the high instalment so i wouldnt have an excess. now the send me a letter saying my policy will have an excess of R3300. when i tried reasoning with them they said if i remain with no excess they will add about R350 to my monthly instalment. The only reason i changed from my old insurer was for the no excess policy. they were wrong to gop back on what was agreed upon!!!
im soooo irritated, and will definitly advise everyone i know to never insure with miway. because they dont keep their promises!!!
