I am dfisgusted in MiWay and the way you run your business!
I am a new customer of yours, and have insured both my cars with you - I have only been insured with MiWay for 1 month and already you are screwing me over!
I pay a higher premium in order to have a zero excess, I now receive a letter, 1 month after signing up with you to say that my excess is R3300 and if I want it to be lower, my premiums will be significantlly higher each month! "The weakening of the exchange rate since the second-half of 2012" is your reason for pushing it up from zero to R3300 in the FIRST month of my contract - what utter bull! Its a strategy you have to people over!
How many others have you over in the first month by promising them a zero excess for a higher premium, and then sending them a letter to say it is now R3300
I will now enure that everyone I know finds out how unethical you are! I will also be changing my insurance company
