PUT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES!!!

Please do me a favor and close the call center line (08600 08600), the people are useless!! I am registered for telephone banking, but I was put on hold for 15 minutes until I eventually hung up! 15 MINUTES!!! I have been struggling for 2 days now just to get bank statements! Registered for all these things, and paying for it by the way, but cant get bank statements!!! Really ABSA?? Utterly disgusted!
