My father passed on on the 15th of December 2012 and Absa was appointed the executors of the estate. As beneficiries we havent received any feedback on what the estate is comprised of we know about the house and the one investment but the other policies pensioen etc we were told we would be given feedback but nothing. The investment were supposed to be paid out in 14 days they needed documents to submit to Momentum we supplied them with all neccesarry documents on the 14 Jan 2013 but when we phoned Momentum they havent received any documents yet. Absa is playing with our inheritance as an investment is worked out on daily basis. We spoke to Melody and Tshepiso wo confirmed they are only waiting for the documents to pay out. This is very very poor service
