Almost 3 weeks, and repairs on car hasn't started

Background: I've been an Outsurance customer for about 5 years, this was my first claim.

On Saturday, the 17th of August at around 23:00 I had an accident. An outsurance approved towing company takes it away. (Claim: 100855890)

On the Monday (19th Aug) I was contacted by Kavita Heeralal, and she said that I'd need to make a written statement of the events. I sent it to her the next and she confirmed receipt.

On Friday, I get an SMS saying that Teddy Dlepu is my new consultant. I then receive a call from SIAS, contracted to Outsurance to say that they will come an interview me the next Monday (one week after accident)! Teddy says I can't even use my car during this period (its only got a smashed bumper and fender).

So I meet with SIAS, they do their investigation and Outsurance sends me an sms to say my claim has been approved on the 28th.

Since then, I'd contacted the panel beaters (Eldan) a few times and they never got back to me.

Today I manage to speak to someone, and they say that they have only just received my car and authorisation from Outsurance. Repairs have not even begun.

TL;DR 18 days later, nobody has started working on my car.
