Poor service no assistance

I have a credit card account with nedbank that is currently in arreas due to personal reasons however I managed to make an arrangement with nedbank's legal department to pay the amount of 400 per month on this account as I was unemployed for some time, they are suppose to debit this money from my standard bank account however I got a job recently and had to open a nedbank account now after the first month of my salary being paid in this account they debited R2000 without my consent and that is from my new account which nedbank don't have access to last month they accepted R400 but now they just debit without my consent or even notifying me I then went into a branch in lands down where no one could assist me and tells me there's nothing they can do I phone the legal department again and they just rude, I need this money back as I have other commitments and responsibilities as well, I'm taking this matter to the Ombudsman for further assistance.
