Transferring of money from 32 day notice account

What a load of bullocks I'm getting from ABSA!!! 32 days ago to be exact I gave notice at the VALHALLA branch to release all the money in my 32 day notice account.

And now, 32 days later I have money available that I would like to transfer from my savings into my cheque account. But I'm getting an "Account status denies transfer" error.

So phoning the call centre I am told that it's a non transactional account and I'm unable to transfer money out of it. I can only pay money into it.??!!?!?!

So now I phone Valhalla branch, now they tell me that because I told them that I want to close the account I have to go into the freaking branch to get the money transferred. I only have internet banking so that I can see what is happening with my accounts and if I want to do transactions go into a branch!! How. Your policies!

Please make a plan today still for me to transfer this money from my internet banking into my cheque account. If not, I WILL, and I state AGAIN, WILL be transferring ALL my business from you guys to a more innovative bank.
