I am not a Vulindlela Underwriting Management (VUM) client but my car was hit by a VUM client (a taxi driver) on the 27th of July 2013. VUM didn't contact me to get the quote for the repairs on the car. When I call them they keep telling me that someone will come and have a look at the car but no one came. I contacted them to try and find out what is happening. I was told to e-mail Leslie Reader who is responsible for third party claims. I e-mailed her but there was no response.
My car is with the panel beaters as we speak.
Please help.
