NO Comunication with clients - BAD SERVICE

I am so FED UP with all this hassle of FNB cancelling or merging all insurance policies etc etc etc...

Firstly I get an e-mail from Auto Gen Sunday evening telling me Welcome to their insurance, which I had no clue about and which I cancelled!!! Then I phone my insurance FNB Insurance Brokers just to be told the people working there only found out about this horribly handle situation on Monday Morning and every answer I got was vague!

So I phoned FNB Direct as per FNB insurance brokers who then said they will match my current Insurance!!! So I did the whole 20minute telephone call... Got my new policy number with the assurance from Eric my consultant that my premium will stay the same as my "old" FNB insurance brokers policy! So I was eventually feeling a sigh of relief!!!

BOY WAS I WRONG!!!

I asked FNB Direct to send me my schedule this morning just to find out by my surprise that my "new" premium would be R2132, 32 with an excess of R2750, 00. Where with my current policy which would have been matched my premium is R857, 19 with NO EXCESS!!!

And another thing, I did the whole telephone conversation yesterday with Eric and he still got things wrong!!! Serioussly!!
