I am extremely unhappy with the way ABSA treated me as a customer.
I had a credit card, that was used unauthorized on a website, i then went to the Hydepark branch to stop my credit card,
Absa never returned my credit card to me.
I then did not had a credit card and not make a payment to the card.
They then without contacting and speaking to me about it just handed my account over to NORTON LAMBRIANOS.
These guys treated my like a criminal and forced me to pay them.
When i made a payment for a 1000 rand to them, they still send me threats to my mobile phone,
I feel very intimidated and feel that ABSA has turned to a criminal organisation.
They have no human feelings for their customers.
I am extremely hurt about their latest actions.
