WHY DO I HAVE TO BEG YOU TO TAKE MY MONEY?!

I made the huge decision to take a loan out from Direct Axis. Since the beginning they have failed to debit my account, not because there aren't funds, because they just aren't doing it. I keep on having to do a manual transaction over the phone which I am extremely uncomfortable with. Each month they say it is sorted out, and each month it isn't. I have tried phoning, emailing, BEGGING... nothing. I am then told I'm in arrears! I am so frustrated I want to cry. I have a good credit history which is about to be ruined because they cant do their jobs properly. I phone and get passed to 10 different operators, who promise to call back and never do. Maybe this will get somebodies attention?? I took a loan out to relieve stress, not add more!
