On the 31st of August I applied for a loan with you, I went through to the loan agreement where it stated that my loan application was approved & all I needed to do was click that I accept the terms & conditions & I wouldve received the money
Going through the loan agreement I saw my bank details & contact number was incorrect... I changed these details today & applied again & have been declined... why is that???
I called the help centre numerous times today & have done everything that they suggested & still I am being declined... how can it approve one day & decline the next??
I sent out an email & have had no response... I urgently need this loan but no one seems to want to help me!!!
