We reported a water leak on Wednesday 14 August 2013 and "Plumbers by Design" was send to attend, they only arrived late afternoon and then told us a cupboard must be removed..."Mokgotleng Kogomo Constructions pty ltd" came and removed the cupboard at - 15h00 on Friday 16 August 2013 only, I called the plumbing company and they told me they can do nothing for us before Monday 19 August 2013. It is now 10h09 and I have not heard from them yet. I think you must remove "Plumbing by Design" from your panel as they do not give a good service at all
We had to go and shower, bath, eat, toilet!!! And the rest with friends and family as my mother is a 83year old lady with needs!!! We need to put a cash claim in for our inconvenient over the last few days.
I am also reporting this to ABSA action line as it is not expectable, every time we call the consultant say they will investigate and come back but you need to follow up again
On 2013-09-03 the Impala constactor came to plaster the wall and left by 12h00 and only returned 18h15 because they were at another job.
This is now a month that we are batteling with ABSA insurance and the contractors
