The bank took money into my account and when I called the following day the person that was helping me said it doesn't say anything but he could see that the money was debited. He promised to call me after he found out but he didn't. When I called again, the guy referred to that money as being the small amount. And that I was not the only one with this problem. When I called yestetrday he said it's for some cover which he couldn't explain still. I never activated any cover with Mfc. I told hi to cancel that cover and credit my small amount back to my account. He promised to call me before he knocked off, but he didn't. How can people activate debit orders in to our accounts and when u try to find out there's no one to explain this to u. I'm not happy with this service it. Nd that is totally not acceptable and wrong!! That's bad service and that's also.
