I called African Bank on the 10th May 2013, requesteing for final settlment qoutes. Letters were issued with an amount of R11408.27 and R11208.05 which was payable within 7 days. i settled the accounts on the last day of the settlement which was the 17th May 2013. I received a call on the 27th June 2013 from Sisanda, who advisedme that the account is not fully paid as the last installment was due, of wich i was not advised of nor stated on the settlement letters sent . after that i received numerous calls from Granny Phatlha/motlaba, Tshepo Morapa, Johannes Motau, Mabiso Madisha, Angie Makgatho who all say the same thing that i owe African Bank. i have asked them to listen to the recordings of the day when i asked for the settlement letters for my two debts. it is with utter disgust that such an organisation can not be able to resolve such a query. Every morning i'm receiving calls from African bank consultants who all fail to explain why was i given wrong amounts and why am i being billed for accounts which have been paid in full. If this is not resolved or given proper feedack as per my request as to why is interest added on my account if i have paid the accounts in full
