I requested a quote for a policy on 20 August 2013. Got a call from the contact centre and accepted the quote. I later spoke to my husband and due to some of the policy not covering certain items we decided to cancel the insurance. I then subsequently cancelled the policy. They said that someone would contact me regarding the cancellation and to this day and time nobody has contacted me. I dont mind that nobody has contacted me but at least confirm that the policy is cancelled as I will not be able to afford this debit going off my account. I want this policy cancelled even before it has started. How difficult is that?
