PREMIUM & EXCESS INCREASE

I recently received an increase from Miway, the normal annual increase only issue is that one of my vehicles was added a few months ago, so how can they increase the premium after a few months!! After arguing with them for 30 minutes they agreed to reduce the car to what it was but after called twice still no new policy. Today I receive a letter that both vehicles excess has increased to R3300 each - from zero excess!! I called them and they simply say there is nothing they can do, they say that they have a lot of clients claiming who are on zero excess. That is discrimination!! Why don't they increase those excess and not everyone's. Have left a message for a Manager as you cannot get hold if anyone as half the country is calling about this letter which has been sent to everyone!! Total discrimination!! The CEO is not available - off course!! They really used to be the best insurance I came across, always willing to help on premiums, listen when clients had issues etc and they offered zero excess which is how the reeled everyone in. Service has dropped 100% and seems they want to lose their clients. I am immediately moving insurance and hope everyone else does the same.
