Another customer bites the dust

After having previously complimented a callcentre agent with DD, I am now cancelling my policy due to the WORST case of customer service!
In December we added a new vehicle to our policy. It had to have Tracker, which we agreed to. We have always had Tracker on both vehicles under cover. DD policy department in all of its incompetent glory does not link the Tracker proof of installation certificate to the policy, despite it being sent through twice and acknowledged. DD drops the one vehicle's Tracker premium WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW, continues to debit a monthly policy amount and noone says a word. In the interim, Tracker doesn't get paid by DD for the one vehicle's Tracker for months and today debits my account with an unexpected R960?!? This is after DD tried earlier this year to increase my policy by some ridiculous amount and then reduces my premium only after I query it, NOONE mentions that the Tracker is not being debited for one vehicle. Despite admitting the mistake, nobody can do anything about it. Shame on you - I have requested policy cancellation documents. Another customer bites the dust. Clean up your act, DD.
