Auto and General dumps car at panel beaters

I was involved in a car acccident on the 3/08/13. The claim process with my Insurance, Auto and General was approved in about 10 days. I was told on the 14/08/13 the car will be towed to Alden Auto Body for repairs. I was called by Dilleta from Auto and General who said she is my repair consultant. Now this is the problem, close to three weeks down the line, when I check with Dilleta she keeps on telling me that the panel beater is still waiting for parts. Now they tell me about the strike affecting the process of getting parts, but when I check, the strike started on the 19/08/13 (my car was taken in on the 14/08/13). When I go to Toyota Arcadia to check the parts myself, the parts are there. I checked on the 06/08 and 30/08. Now I don't trust these panel beaters are sourcing the parts from Toyota because if I was fixing my car myself it could have taken 5 days maximum, because I could have bought the parts myself and book the car in panel beater. The 2nd problem is on the 6/09/13, I must return the courtesy car. How am I going to go to work. Auto and General and Alden can't tell me exactly when the car will be fixed. Dilleta says they did not give the panel beaters time frame.
