I logged a complaint about this netcash company on the 22nd of august and i am yet to receive a call regarding the feedback of the mandate from you miss alicia williams... the company you mentioned is working toghether with netcash hence netcash appears as a debit reference. the responce from the company has just been words and it has done nothing for me or my situation. i did mention that there has never been a contractual agreement of any sort with the company that sage netcash is partnering with on this unauthorised debit order. NETCASH translates to beware people. i'm yet to solve this matter...
