I had a overdraft with Standard bank of which i had to pay back. I have been contacted by RL daily attorneys and i then made an arrangement with them to deduct an amount of R250pm towards my overdraft balance. i have been in the wrong and therefore i made the arrangements so that i can pay towards my overdraft. to my amusement an amount of R2200 was dedcuted from my account and with no warning or phone call to inform me that they will be taking money from my account. i have been to the bank and was informed that i need to contact the legal department of which i did and i was informed that it will take 3 working days for the funds to reflect on the account. i feel that i have been wrongly threated and due to this i have no funds in my account to even cover my living expenses.i await your speedy response as well as a refund woth regards to the matter on hand. i am very unhappy with both standard bank and RL daily attorneys on how they have gone about this transaction.
