I took out funeral policy with metropolitan early this year, they still have not delivered the policy. I tried not paying and last month i e-mailed to let them know that i am still waiting for the policy to be delivered and was told that because i have not paid for the past three months my policy will be reinstated once i faxed through the copy of id and bank statements. I have not done so because i am still waiting for the copy of the policy and guess what my account was again debited even though i have not given them copy of ID and bank statement. Please metropolitan close my account with you and refund me the money i have already paid since its so hard for you to deliver my policy document. call me to confirm.
