Internet banking registration

I opened a FNB business account a few months ago, and tried to register for internet banking but with no success. Went to my branch a few times and was told that there was a problem with the system and I have to wait. I have been waiting for 3 months but still nothing. On the website it gives an option for call back and have tried this also.
At the moment I am running a business without internet banking witch means drawing and depositing money. Wasting my time and also costing bank charges that will never be refunded! Not to mention the travel cost involved.

I will now have to move my business account to another bank. Also a major inconvenience!!
