Easy banking a lie Do not apply their own rules

I opened a account online for my son whom is still waiting for his green id book and they took in his original certificate, after the lady on the phone suggested opening it on my profile, like i always did before.. I was informed to fetch the card from Keywest branch. When I got there I stood in a que for 1.5 hours with an inflamed heel. At last when helped they said the copy of birth certificate wont suffice. Also my proof op address, which I have been using for YEARS, just says C Griessel and not CMS Griessel like my id and wont do either. The account was opened in error!!! Why my account company chooses to only put a C baffles me, but what can I do about it? Surely you can phone them to check whether its really me if SUCH a big problem. It baffles me since just the previous week I went to the bank with my other son and the proof of address... no problem. I used to commend FNB and even helped my domestic worker to open an account there, but from now on I will make sure to let everybody know what pathetic service they give to someone whose account has always been run good with nothing to question. I will Get him to try another bank, more serious about business.
