Applying for a future use amount on my current bond was a surprisingly great experience. Besides the paper work, the home loan team at FNB were always friendly, well trained and were willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my application was successful. It is nice to know that I bank with a company who view me as more than just a source of revenue.
