Nedbank pulls yet another stunt on me

Once again Nedbank pulls another stunt on me with regards to unauthorised Direct debits.

I know and am fully aware of the direct debit indemnity, which allows me to cancel/stop any unauthorised direct debits... and so after the events with Old mutual. Old mutual refunded me one payment of R350 and advised that I can still go to my bank to stop the recent Direct debit... and my bank tells me the customer that they do not cancel Direct debit orders by old mutual.

This is the second time Nedbank is refusing to cancel an unauthorised Direct debit. I'm fuming.
I was ready to close my nedbank accont ages ago but not without my money... I know that this bank can and will reverse the direct debit but they just want to anger me further than Old mutal already has.

what kind of an institution are you?.. it is my money, if I tell you the direct debit is not authorised that should be good enough. I am waiting fo someone to call me and justify this non sense.
the sooner this is resolved, the sooner I can end my association with Nedbank... SOMEONE HAD BETTER CALL ME.
