Cancellation of Insurance Policy

I am trying for over 3 weeks now to cancel my Homeowners Insurance policy. I e-mailed the cancellation request to the e-mail address given on the letter from Absa Insurance company. No response for over 2 weeks. I phoned the call centre. They gave me a different phone number. When I phoned that number they gave me a different e-mail address. I sent everything to that address-no response. Then I went to the ABSA branch in Ferndale. They gave me a new e-mail address and a new phone number. I e-mailed everything to that address-no response. I then phoned the number given to my by the branch staff. After holding for over half an hour I gave up. I tried again later without any luck.
This kind of service is pathetic!
