I did an application for a loan but when i was going through the terms and conditons i did not see the amount of R399 was going to be debited from my account just to apply for a loan, i also recieved the documents but i did not respond to anything so i thought my application was cancelled then today morning i see my account was debited of R399 for no reason, this is the worse service ever and i don't expect anyone to take a loan and try to take a loan because if you don't agree to anything your account will still be debited of R399, i would like to get my money back.
