Today on the 29 August, I arrived @ the bank to change money from US dollars to Rands, went straight to the Foreign exchange booth, no one was available, I then spoke to one of the floor managers, who told me that the teller is on lunch, I should wait. My question is how can a big branch like Westgate operate on one teller? It meant no teller, no service...
