I was involved in an accident on the 14th March 2013 and paid excess which was supposed to be recovered by
my insurance. They were quick to increase the premium but I'm still waiting for my money. I spoke to Indwe Risk in June and they referred me to Santam, and the lasy called Lesley Anne at Santam told me that she has received my claim but cannot discuss it with me. She said she is waiting for the Outsurance legal department to call her, I'm still waiting even today. When I joined Outsurance I thought I was going to get the best service ever. This accident opened my eyes about Outsurance. I need my R 5000. I can't even call their legal department because of the rude attitude I received on the 10th May 2013, when I was supposed to get my car from panelbeaters.
