I went into a PEP yesterday to apply for a loan, i then received an sms at 12:04 advising my loan was provisionally approved and Will be called to process and i should have my banking details on hand for when they call, i did receive a call at about 12:18 a consultant ask me questions and went through my details, she asked the amount i wanted, i advised R2000 she then said my repayment would be R485.00 over 6 months. Confirmed thrice if i was comfortable and happy with this. She then told me my money would be in my bank account by 31 August. I Then get an sms 15min later advising my loan was declined. That is just so wrong telling people they are approve taking all they details and the declined them afterwards. Very disappointed!
